Custom Orders, Shipping & Returns

When placing a custom order I require a 50% non refundable deposit, once the custom order has been established, the remaining amount will apply.  Once your custom order has been placed, please allow approximately 1 -2 weeks for your order to be completed. Ready to ship items will  ship within 3-5days.
We offer flat rate shipping across Canada of $15.00  or free in person pick up is also available. 
We offer letter mail shipping for $6.00 on orders with only one item or an accessory. Please note, letter mail shipping is untracked and is at the risk of the buyer. Lost mail is not the responsibility of gabe+olive handmade. 

Return & Exchange Policy

gabe+olive  handmade will provide in store credit or exchange for returned ready to ship items that are unworn, unaltered and free of damages with all tags attached. Returns must be mailed within 14 days from receipt of your order.  Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days of receipt. Custom items are FINAL SALE and will not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Trackable packages are encouraged, as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item.
